Theresa Chayasirisobhon is a graduate of California State University Fullerton where she graduate with a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She is a mother of 4 and has been a pastor's wife for 18 years. She has a passion for designing posters and logos, is happy to work with the OCSBA, and honored to follow the rich history of Communications secretaries before her.

Victor Chayasirisobhon was born in Montreal, Canada and came to the United States in 1981 with his parents as a 3 year old. After spending some years in Michigan, his family moved to Southern California where they have lived since 1984. He is a graduate of Whitney High School in Cerritos, UC Irvine, and Gateway Seminary among other schools. He currently holds 3 Doctorates, 7 Masters and 2 Bachelors degrees from Gateway Seminary, UC Irvine, Southwest Bible College and Seminary and California Baptist University. He is serving as the senior pastor of the First Southern Baptist Church of Anaheim since 2006 as well as the principal of Anaheim Discovery Christian School since 2009. He was the first Asian president of the California Southern Baptist Convention where he served from 2022-23 as well as Chairman of the Board where he served from 2020-21. He was the 1st Vice President of the Southern Baptist Convention from 2022-23. He is married to his wife Theresa and has 4 kids ranging from 5 to 15 years old. He loves the Lord and is honored to serve his Kingdom family and carry on the legacy of all of those who came before him.

Carol is the administrative bookkeeper for the Orange County Southern Baptist Association. She’s been proudly working with our congregations since January 2017. Carol currently attends Pacific Church of Irvine alongside the love of her life, Richard. When she’s not crunching numbers, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband, their lovable dog Julie, and eight wonderful grandchildren.
Jason Robertson

Jason Robertson is a church planter who came to California from Louisiana. He has planted many successful churches including one in Murrietta and helped revitalize the church where he currently serves as the lead pastor, Huntington Beach Church. He has experience working with many different ethnicities and has a passion to help plant churches of all different types.

Josh Sanchez is the Youth Ministry Consultant for the OCSBA. He serves at First Southern Baptist of Anaheim as the lead pastor. He is a graduate of Gateway Seminary (Master of Divinity, class of 2018) and is married to Sutera. They have 2 kids Julie and Nathan.
Abel Galvan

Abel Galvan is a native of Southern California and has served the Lord in ministry for the last 35 years. His professional experience and education have centered on the fields of counseling, education and the ministry of the church. He has served as a Counselor, Vice Principal, Teacher, Youth/Young Adult Pastor, Family Pastor, Senior Pastor and Seminary Professor. He is currently serving as the Lead Pastor of Faith Fellowship located in La Palma, CA. He is married to his wife Jennifer and has 2 adult children. Abel is excited to begin his new role as the Church Health Strategist for the Orange County Southern Baptist Association. His desire is to serve those around him and see God's kingdom grow.
Trevor Cooper

Trevor Cooper has been serving as Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church of Cypress since 2018 and started volunteering in 2019 as an Evangelism Consultant and Trailer Hauler for OCSBA and LBHSBA. He recently graduated with a Masters of Global Engagement from Gateway Seminary and continues to be involved in missions personally and corporately by mobilizing, praying, supporting, giving, welcoming, and going. He has served by going on over 25 domestic trips and international mission trips to Brazil, Haiti, Japan, India, Vietnam, and the Philippines for over 20 years. Trevor is married to Tarah and they have been blessed with a son named Elliot and daughter named Scarlett. His motivation is to passionately live out 1 Thessalonians 2:8.
