This Trailer has been a source of evangelism, outreach, & fellowship for our associational churches to use this mobile tool in their neighborhood communities. It is perfect for VBS, Harvest Festivals, Trunk-or-Treats, Easter, Summer Gatherings, or Movie Nights, Car Shows or even Ice Cream Socials, Cookouts and more! Our Association would like to partner with you to help your event planning be simple and effective for your Church to impact the community and help fulfill the Great Commission.
Please submit the CONFIRMATION FORM 30 days before your event date. The Evangelism Trailer is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. To ensure that your church has the trailer on your specific date, please turn in your $295 check to the OCSBA within 10 days of filling out the form, along with a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE indicating location of event at least two weeks prior to our scheduled event and a copy of any necessary permit(s). Your Church will be responsible to acquire appropriate permits, ONLY if the event is off site, i.e. city, park or beach).
Once we have received your Confirmation Form, our Evangelism Trailer Consultant will contact you for detailed pick up and delivery times and request of special items. You will receive a $35 refund completing the Follow-Up Report.
